This was a wonderful and peaceful experience. I'm super grateful to have been able to wake up every day and see the beautiful mountains and wildlife. Steve was also a wonderful host. He was extremely kind and went out of his way to make sure all the volunteers were comfortable. I had a fantastic time, and I hope to return one day!

This worldpackers experience was amazing! Steve was a lovely host; he was both respectful and considerate about helping us adjust and feel comfortable in a new place. The day to day was very flexible based on the needs of the day, which left a lot possibilities to do tasks we were interested in. The view is also stunning, and I could spend hours just watching the mountains - I've never seen a landscape like this. Thank you Steve for such an amazing stay!

What a brilliant experience in the Asturian mountains. The work was very fulfilling and satisfying and allowed me to learn some new skills. the eco village is set in the most idilic location and every morning you wake up feeling privileged to be there. It was good to meet the local people who live in the surrounding area and learn more about their lives. I am already planning my return!

This experience's been an unforgettable journey! the eco village is such an incredible and peaceful place, in the heart of the Asturias. I've learned about sustainabilty, construction techniques and living as a community. I've enjoyed working on this project, we've had the opportunity to interact with local people, hiking in the mountains, discovering beautiful animal's species,… Steve is a honest, kind and respectful host who makes you feel at home. One of the most unforgettable weeks of my life! From mixing cement to side quests and spontaneous adventures - every day at the eco village brought joy, purpose and so many laughs!
