The Experience
The Worldpacker for this position will be our painting and maintenance guy in the house! The main activity is to paint walls. The WP can also help doing all kind of repairs and help us to make sure everything in the house is working fine! There maybe be also chance to do gardening. - Someone who already knows how to Paint is a MUST - Worldpackers with maintenance / electricity work experience are one step ahead!

I loved my time here at the hostel! All of the full time staff and other volunteers were kind, accommodating and felt like a family :) I really respect Felipe's organization and flexibility. The job was exactly as described with expectations and hours clearly outlined each week. The volunteers are well compensated here and I felt like what I did mattered. I had an amazing time meeting lots of people within the community and practicing languages. I recommend the hostel highly and can't wait to come back :) Obrigadaaaaa

The hostel is the kind of place that adapts to every travelers' needs, if you want to be proactive during the day you'll always have an activity ready and the same applies for night time and partying. Whether it be the staff or the clients everyone is open and kind. Volunteering at breakfast allowed me to enjoy my day and also go out. The team is lovely, and you'll find a new place to miss.

The experience was amazing! All the staff at the hostel were so welcoming and caring….definitely surpassed my expectations. I worked at the bar, and it was fun/engaging work. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'm so happy I was able to complete my first world packers at the hostel.

My time in the hostel was one of the best times of my life. I got life-long friends and I'm so grateful for all the experiences I had. The work in the bar was easy to learn and super fun. The energy in the house is very welcoming and positive right from the start! The hosts made me feel cared for and I knew I could always ask if I needed anything. Everything was perfect and now the hostel is a home away from home and I will return. I recommend everyone to apply to have an experience of a lifetime! :)
