Um lugar bem simples, mas com um propósito sustentável. Eu adorei o lugar e aprendi muito. Foi uma convivência agradável e uma experiência incrível. Passar esse tempo na chácara a comunidade foi muito prazeroso, comi muito bem, frutas, hortaliças, tudo colhido na hora. Muitas conversas expansivas, aprendi coisas novas com Simon, sobre plantas, queijos, pães Os horários de trabalho são cumpridos e as atividades tranquilas de realizar. Nas proximidades não tem muito o que explorar, então o tempo é vivido mesmo na chácara , interagindo com os voluntários, Simon e seus filhos, tendo tempo de solitude tbm. Simon tem prazer em compartilhar seus conhecimentos e os faz com muita paciência. Agradeço o acolhimento carinhoso desse lar

No me quería ir 🥹. Simón, Kalebe, Sebas y Luca son unos increíbles hosts. Aprendí de agricultura biodinámica y agricultura sintropica, vi como se hace queso, dulce de leche, mermeladas y pan. Pero creo que lo que más me llevo son las conversaciones entre tareas, el poder preguntarle a Simón cosas simples y que de verdad es un maestro en el tema. No solo en los detalles técnicos, pero la visión espiritual y la relación que tiene con la naturaleza. Me llenó el corazón de la esperanza que necesitaba, prometo que llevaré el conocimiento a quien pueda :)💚🌿

Me gustó poder transplantar betarraga, mandioca, alho poro. Aprendí de biodinámica y pude leer mucho. La huerta es muy grande y es realmente un privilegio vivir en la naturaleza. Faltaba orden y aseo en espacios comunes y más comunicación en general.
