🌴 Somos uma pousada de charme em Santa Cruz Cabrália, onde o Brasil começou! Aqui, cada detalhe importa, e nosso objetivo é encantar nossos hóspedes em todos os momentos. Buscamos pessoas apaixonadas por receber bem para nos ajudar principamente no restaurante / bar, na arrumação dos quartos, e também em outros serviços da pousada, como lavanderia, limpeza geral, conforme a necessidade. Aqui todo mundo se ajuda, e todos aprendemos juntos!

This was my first volunteering experience, so I have no comparison : ) The menu was tasty and local. The location felt safe, though the short walk from the road at night can feel a bit sketchy. I got sick for a few days and the team was very caring. My work felt meaningful, though shift times varied based on need, so flexibility is important. Most staff speak only Portuguese (some Spanish), so non-Portuguese speakers should be ready to learn on the go. The manager was great at communicating before and during my stay. Overall, a valuable learning experience with kind people!

Minha experiencia em a pousada foi incrivel, o lugar é bellisimo, as instalaciones inmejorables, e Ana e Dey umas anfitrionas ótimas, super amigaveis e accesiveis, sempre olhando pra o bem-estar de tudos. A pousada está perto da praia então da pra aproveitar antes o depois de trabalhar sem problema. Eu gostei das tarefas de cozinha, limpeza e pintura, e aprendi muito delas e dos funcionários. O único punto malo em minha experiencia foi o trato desagradável de uma das funcionárias. Pelo demas, esse voluntariado é súper bom e desejaria voltar!

Foi minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e não poderia ter sido melhor! A pousada possui uma ótima estrutura e localização privilegiada. Ana e Dey as responsáveis pelo lugar são ótimas pessoas! Super gentis, responsáveis e flexíveis. Sempre atentas e dispostas a tornar a experiência ainda melhor. Toda equipe de funcionários são super acolhedores, prestativos e gentis. Tive o prazer de trabalhar a maior parte do voluntariado com Cris a cozinheira da pousada, que é uma pessoa maravilhosa que se tornou uma amiga que quero levar para toda a vida. Espero voltar em breve! Recomendo muito!

O Kauã foi super bem. Apesar de ser bem jovem, conseguiu se integrar bem com a equipe e desempenhar suas funções muito bem. Foi uma experiência bastante positiva. Agrademos muito, recomendamos, e esperamos que ele possa retornar em outra oportunidade. ;-)

Foi o meu primeiro voluntariado e minha experiência não poderia ter sido melhor! A equipe é muito atenciosa e disposta a nos auxiliar e as meninas que cuidam da pousada são bem claras e comunicativas. Em algumas escalas os horários ficam um pouco ruis para quem quer curtir o dia mas de forma geral é bem justo! As folgas são organizares de uma forma que temos “3 dias ” para aproveitar. A comida é boa, o quarto confortável é a localização privilegiada.

A minha experiência foi incrível e muito enriquecedora. Durante o voluntariado aprendi fazer novas coisas, melhorei meu português e sempre me senti muito bem acolhida. Ana y Dey foram super empáticas e flexíveis, sempre preocupadas com o meu bem-estar. Cris e Ingrid são excelentes trabalhadoras, sempre dispostas a ensinar e a tornar o ambiente mais acolhedor. A pousada é linda, com todas as comodidades, e a comida oferecida aos voluntários é excelente. Sou muito grata por ter feito parte dessa equipe maravilhosa e com certeza vou sentir muita saudade.
