This was my first volunteering experience, so I have no comparison : ) The menu was tasty and local. The location felt safe, though the short walk from the road at night can feel a bit sketchy. I got sick for a few days and the team was very caring. My work felt meaningful, though shift times varied based on need, so flexibility is important. Most staff speak only Portuguese (some Spanish), so non-Portuguese speakers should be ready to learn on the go. The manager was great at communicating before and during my stay. Overall, a valuable learning experience with kind people!

Minha experiencia foi íncrivel,pousada está bem localizada,5 minutos da praia e centro,quarto do voluntario com ar condicionado,frigobar,televisao,banheiro, bem estruturada,3 refeicoes sao servidas nos horarios sempre com muita dedicaçao no preparo feito pelos funcionarios(grande abraço)e otima em quantidade,as atividades sao tranquilas de fazer e sao 4:40hrs,so tenho a agradecer por me receberem e por ser minha primeira experiencia na pousada,Valeu Ana por todo o esforço que voces fazem e toda a equipe tambem,voces sao 10!! Grande Abraço, Aloha 🤙⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A minha estadia no the inn pude compartilhar momentos incríveis com os outros voluntários criando um vínculo muito legal. As horas são respeitadas com disponibilidade de escolha de onde você se identifique mais, no meu caso a cozinha. Tem uma ótima localização que é super perto da praia e do centrinho, facilitando muito o acesso nos lugares. Ana e Dey estão sempre dispostas a te escutarem para ajudar no que for preciso. São servidas as 3 refeições tendo horário para cada uma delas, obrigado por tudo pessoal.

Mi experiencia personal fue muy buena me encontré con gente maravillosa tanto voluntarios como funcionarios, Ana y Dey son personas muy comprensivas me ayudaron en todos los momentos que lo necesite y me hicieron sentir parte del equipo al igual que Fabiana, Priscila, Ingrid, Cris, Roxana y el señor Paulo, son personas maravillosas que siempre estuvieron dispuestos a brindarme un lugarcito entre ellos, además de tenerme mucha paciencia con el tema del idioma, solo me queda decir que la pasé muy bien los extrañaré mucho y espero volver gracias por todo 😁😘

Minha experiencia em a pousada foi incrivel, o lugar é bellisimo, as instalaciones inmejorables, e Ana e Dey umas anfitrionas ótimas, super amigaveis e accesiveis, sempre olhando pra o bem-estar de tudos. A pousada está perto da praia então da pra aproveitar antes o depois de trabalhar sem problema. Eu gostei das tarefas de cozinha, limpeza e pintura, e aprendi muito delas e dos funcionários. O único punto malo em minha experiencia foi o trato desagradável de uma das funcionárias. Pelo demas, esse voluntariado é súper bom e desejaria voltar!

A Abril foi uma ótima voluntária. Muito pro-ativa, não esperava pedirem e estava sempre procurando organizar as coisas. É bem sociável e trabalhou bem em grupo. Foi uma ótima experiência. Deixamos as portas abertas para quando quiser retornar.
