🌴 Somos uma pousada de charme em Santa Cruz Cabrália, onde o Brasil começou! Aqui, cada detalhe importa, e nosso objetivo é encantar nossos hóspedes em todos os momentos. Buscamos pessoas apaixonadas por receber bem para nos ajudar principamente no restaurante / bar, na arrumação dos quartos, e também em outros serviços da pousada, como lavanderia, limpeza geral, conforme a necessidade. Aqui todo mundo se ajuda, e todos aprendemos juntos!

This was my first volunteering experience, so I have no comparison : ) The menu was tasty and local. The location felt safe, though the short walk from the road at night can feel a bit sketchy. I got sick for a few days and the team was very caring. My work felt meaningful, though shift times varied based on need, so flexibility is important. Most staff speak only Portuguese (some Spanish), so non-Portuguese speakers should be ready to learn on the go. The manager was great at communicating before and during my stay. Overall, a valuable learning experience with kind people!

Minha experiência na pousada foi muito boa. Me receberam muito bem, explicaram as tarefas, me ensinaram e foram sempre gentis. Foi meu primeiro trabalho voluntário na cozinha, e tive a melhor cozinheira, Cris, Ela é uma pessoa extraordinária; adorei trabalhar com ela. Se eu não tivesse outra reserva, teria ficado mais tempo. A pousada é linda, bem localizada e descontraída! Em poucos minutos de caminhada já se chega à praia e este é o grande atrativo deste voluntariado. Além disso, há vários passeios possíveis de bate-volta em transporte público. Pude visitar Cabrália, Arraial D'Ajuda e Porto Seguro, além de Coroa Vermelha. Recomendo!!!

Não tenho palavras para descrever a the inn Os anfitriões e funcionários são super comunicativos, prestativos e sempre dispostos a ajudar e a fazer com que o voluntariado seja proveitoso e cheio de aprendizado. a pousada é impecável. A praia fica a 2 quarteirões de distância, os horários combinados são respeitados, a comida é deliciosa e o lugar é muito descontraído.
