I have no words to describe what this hostel meant to me. Amazing people, the best location and an experience that you will never forget. Sometimes working long hours, but the tasks are easy and definitely worth it for all the fun you will have and the things you get back. I cannot wait to go back and see all of them again!

First of all, just to describe how good the hostel is to live, work and socialize, I preferred being there with the staff and having my daily routine, rather than with my family, and I love them very much. When I left the boarding school I was studying at, I thought I would never again feel that sense of living with interesting people who were genuinely nice to me. Remember these names: Fabrizio, Justino, Kat and Lorenzo, they'll be the best bosses and coworkers you'll ever have. the hostel, that's for sure not the only time I've been there.

My experience was very good!! I really felt happy to have lived this experience, the hostel is well located in the heart of Rome. The entire hostel's own team and volunteers are wonderful people! As for the work itself, it's very quiet, without many difficulties!!

My experience in the hostel was good :) despite some hygiene problems i still had a fun time with the other volunteers and the staff. It is a great place to explore rome and to learn italian!

Respecto a la limpieza, sabemos que cada voluntario es diferente, y la convivencia es cada tanto un poco mas dificl., pero implementaremos reglas para algun que otro voluntario un poco mas rebeldes :-)

The hostel is well-located and everyone was welcoming. If you don't mind working over time, night shifts 11pm-7am and occasional 13 hours shift 11pm to 12pm of the next day this could be a good place for you. Be aware of bugs! I found the multiple night shifts in a row, followed by morning shifts, to be excessive and not what we agreed. I really hope the communication improves and transparency on shifts. Despite this, I enjoyed my time, thanks to the friendly volunteers and staff. A great way to explore Rome, and I'm grateful for the experience!

Overall it was a great experience, it's a really chill place with lots of flexibility, great location which allows you to move around easily, and there's lots of cool people to meet! It would be ideal if you also speak Italian or Spanish as not everyone speaks English, but for the most part English is just fine.

I stayed for 2 months at this hostel and it was amazing! I had one of the best times of my life there. The staff and other volunteers are very nice, kind and funny. They have immediately welcomed me warmly and taken in. They got like a my second family. We had a lot of fun together, both at work and in our free time. The work and tasks were pretty easy and clear and maked often also fun. The atmosphere was really nice and I met a lot of people from all over the world. I did a great experience as volunteer and recommend this to anyone else. Muchas gracias por todo, a mi familia❤️

I enjoyed my stay at Hostel TrustEver, most of the staff was very kind and fun to work with. The installations weren't the best, me and other volunteers had to sleep at a storage room for a few days on mattress on the floor, and it was very dusty. I ended up being sick with covid and they allowed me to stay at the hostel for my quarantine, even though I told them I'd be okay with going to a hotel. However, when I got better they asked me to work 32h in 4 days in a row, which wasn't okay based on the amount of hours we can work weekly.

This is the best place to stay in Rome as a volunteer. The atmosphere is incredible and I recommend it 100%.

My experience was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful especially when was about the reception tasks. Lola used to make the best dinners, you don't wanna miss them. I meet people from all over the world and it helps to improve my English skills. The tasks are no hard and when you finish you are free to go and enjoy the marvelous Rome. The hostel is near to everything.
