Volunteering at Sokyan's farm was the best part of my trip to Turkey. I was truly immersed in local life, not just helping on the farm, but also cooking, baking, visiting markets, & earning about Turkish culture. Sokyan is incredibly knowledgeable & kind. Alongside another volunteer from New Zealand, I gained valuable insight into the local way of life. We met his lovely mother and aunt, who taught us to cook and make traditional drinks. The private room was clean & comfortable. I felt like part of the family. I highly recommend this experience to anyone seeking something real & unforgettable
