The Experience

Hello and welcome! πŸ‘‹ I live in a large, charming house 🏑 nestled in a small hamlet in the beautiful French countryside 🌾 β€” just 90 km east of Lyon and not far from the Alps πŸ—». Geneva πŸ‡¨πŸ‡ is only 1.5 hours away by car πŸš—, so it's peaceful yet well-connected.

Anne is a kind, generous person with a lovely home! My partner and I enjoyed our time helping in the garden and restoring wooden doors on the house. The home is very comfortable and though it was quite hot during our stay the house stayed cool. Anne took the time to show us around the village and tell us about some of the history of the area. She was also gracious enough to let us borrow her car to explore nearby villages and lakes. We really enjoyed our time here, and I especially enjoyed all of our chats and how much Anne made me laugh! And Poppy the cat is great company too :)

Such a lovely experience! Anne is so kind and wonderful to work with! We connected and were able to help with refurbishing doors. It was incredibly rewarding work. Being able to swim, hike, and eat fresh vegetables every day was truly a treat. I highly recommend this experience with Anne!

My time with Anne was wonderful and truly life-changing. Anne is such a wonderful kind, giving and interesting woman. She was lovely in so many ways I enjoyed picking cherries with her and cutting trees, planting in the garden. I enjoy just the life that we had together in the short time that we did, I wish I could've stayed longer, and I will definitely be coming back again. I recommend to everyone to have a visit out with Anne.
