I enjoyed my stay in the lodge. The tasks were as expected, they gave us a private room and even paid transportation between locations. The Lagoon Lodge was incredible. I would recommend it to people looking for just a work/accommodation exchange. There's not much interest in bonding besides the tasks at hand. The facilities are really nice and there are beautiful trekking near the area.

Mi experiencia voluntareando en el alojamiento fue muy buena. Luis, el anfitrión, fue amable y siempre respetó las horas establecidas para el voluntariado. Los desayunos estuvieron muy ricos, el hotel es bonito y me asignaron una habitación privada, lo cual hizo la estancia bastante cómoda. En general, es un lugar recomendable para quienes buscan una experiencia tranquila y agradable en la ruta 🍃

Pasé una semana en el Ecolodge y fue hermoso. El lugar está en Laguna Azul, a unas dos horas de Tarapoto y 20 minutos en lancha; ellos coordinaron muy bien nuestro traslado. Es un espacio ideal para conectarse con la naturaleza, ya que hay poca señal e Internet. Luis fue claro al explicarnos las tareas y el trabajo nos permitió disfrutar de las instalaciones y actividades, como remar en kayak por la laguna. El equipo del hotel fue respetuoso y amable; me hubiese gustado tener un poco más de intercambio cultural y aprender más sobre la vida local, la flora y fauna del lugar.

Hola Barbi, el equipo aun tiene un programa de entrenamiento, entenderás que aún no dominan del todo el conocimiento de la selva, llevan un plan de capacitación en ello, requiere aprehensión y buena vibra.
Respecto a la cerradura nunca me lo comentaron, ya que en su momento se pudo realizar el cambio. Si nadie les brindó solución en el momento debiste escalarlo conmigo.

Mi experiencia tanto en el hotel como en el Eco Lodge fue increíble! Luis y el personal que trabaja allí hicieron que la experiencia sea muy amena. Los horarios y tareas pactadas fueron respetadas, la habitación muy cómoda y la alimentación muy buena. En los días de descanso u horas libres hay muchas actividades por hacer y lugares para conocer, fue muy divertido y la recomiendo al 100% 🙌🏼

El alojamiento es 1 lugar precioso, nosotras fuimos al que está en laguna azul. Es un lugar con muy baja señal de internet lo q me llevó a desconectarme realmente, relajarme y dejar a un lado obligadamente mis otros trabajos. Las tareas fueron clarísimas y divertidas, 0 tediosas, nos hizo poder aprovechar todas las instalaciones y varias actividades y juegos que ofrece el lodge. Me hubiese gustado poder compartir con más gente ya q era mi primera experiencia como voluntaria y los host eran bastante tímidos o estaban centrados en sus actividades.Sin embargo siempre fueron amables y serviciales.
