This was my first volunteering experience, and overall, it was really nice! The management team was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. The volunteer room could use some improvement, it had an unpleasant smell, and the bathroom wasn't in great condition. The tasks at reception were easy but sometimes involved working alone, which can be a lot of responsibility. Guests could get frustrated when management wasn't available, but the staff was always ready to help if I called. Occasionally, you may need to assist in the restaurant or with housekeeping but was also fine.

My time at the hostel has been great! I learned how to be a receptionist and the working hours have been respected. You work 7 hours on 4 days but have 3 Days of a week. The responsibility doing this job is pretty high I'd say. If you're not there, there is nobody at reception in this hostel. You have to deal with many specific questions and sometimes maintenance work. Be aware that it's mostly a hostel for hikers and the town in general is very calm. The Staff is very friendly and always ready to help!

Mi experiencia en el hostel fue muy linda. Desde el primer momento, Valeria se preocupó por ayudarme y hacerme sentir cómoda. La primera semana estuve colaborando en recepción (como habíamos acordado previamente), lo cual me permitió aprender un poco sobre esa área. Luego pasé a tareas de housekeeping, que son fáciles y llevaderas. Un gran plus es que tenés tres días libres, lo que te permite conocer otros lugares si querés moverte o simplemente relajarte.el hostel es un pueblito encantador, súper tranquilo, ideal si buscás un poco de naturaleza y paz. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

El ambiente del hostal es bastante tranquilo y amigable. Cumplen con lo acordado y, además, incluyen algunas actividades. El voluntariado se realiza cuatro dias a la semana y los siguientes tres son completamente libres, algo que me pareció bastante bueno para aprovechar y conocer los alrededores.

Fue mi primera experiencia como voluntaria y estuvo bien pero si ya tienes experiencia en recepción no creo que vayas a aprender mucho. el hostel es un pueblo hermoso con muchos paisajes y comodidades que en otros voluntariados no tendrías. Vives en el hostel y usas sus instalaciones pero muchas veces si no te vas del mismo tus compañeros de trabajo interrumpen tu tiempo libre. Solo el equipo de limpieza y UNA recepcionista son contratados, lo que deja a los voluntarios a la deriva. El trabajo es MUY fácil pero igualmente creo que hay responsabilidad que un voluntario no debería tener

Esta fue mi primer experiencia Wordlpackers. Gracias Ricardo y Valeriia PROS: el trabajo es sencillo, rutinario y cómodo, atender una recepción de tareas simples, estar pendiente de las necesidades de los guests, el hostel es hermoso, las habitacion tiene aire, baño y buenas camas, el desayuno es excelente! CONS: Se nota que los dueños se aprovechan del sistema de voluntariado para hacer dinero facil, suelen ser intransigentes y te dan responsabilidades que deberian ser pagas, como manejar una caja con dinero. Falta de presencia de un llider, estabamos como abandonados, poco stafff fijo.
