My stay was really peaceful and fun! my task was only with yoga classes in the morning. guests and staffs were really kind and nice people. i've met a lot of travelers and did really good connections! the place is beautiful! saying about the property and the town as well! everything were like we agreed before. lovely stay, staffs, place, food, accommodation, i totally recommend!

The month spent at the hostel flew by! I had the opportunity to meet so many people and improve myself. Working as a receptionist is quite intuitive and easy. I never had any problems handling the job also thanks to David and Valeriia who explained everything right away and were always available when I needed them. the hostel is very nice , the beaches are great and also the hikings around.It was my first volunteer experience and I couldn't ask to be better, thank you :)

Thank you a lot Valeriia and David for all the effort, the kindness and all the work you have put in to make my first experience an excellent one. We shared laughs, feelings and had a lot of fun. I truly loved the hostel and especially that vie from our rooftop. Really Amazing. Meeting different people especially hikes was a bonus fun 😙😉

I spent such an amazing month at the hostel! 💖 From day one, I felt welcomed by the team and other volunteers. David and Valeriia are doing such a great job, making sure you're happy and comfortable and being there as friends. It is true that you have lots of responsibility at times, working shifts alone, however I never felt unprepared and there is always someone you could reach if you have questions or difficulties. the hostel is a beautiful town that I would recommend to anyone looking to rest, spend time at the beach, sunbathe, hike and explore the area and nearby cities.

What an amazing time! Valeriia & David are some of the best people I have ever met. They made working everyday go by so quickly and the people who come to the hostel are also pretty awesome. My time there was made so much better by the other volunteers I met during my stay, the beautiful town of the hostel, & the plethora of activities for those who like the outdoors nearby. I didn't speak Portuguese but spoke English & Spanish and was able to get by just fine. For those of you who like customer interaction & being on your toes this is a great experience.

I had an amazing time at the hostel working at reception. I loved everyone that I worked with and I enjoyed how we got three days off in a row if we wanted to explore other areas or take weekend trips. The accommodation was also very nice. I enjoyed the common areas (especially the cinema room!) and I liked how the beds had curtains to make the space more private. While you do work 8 hours shifts, you have time either in the morning or afternoon to do whatever you'd like to do. For my first volunteer experience, I am very impressed and I would happily do this again or recommend to a friend!

I had an amazing experience in the hostel. the hostel felt like home from day one. I liked working at the reception and interacting with people from all over the world. Whenever I had any questions David and Valeriia were there for me. I loved being part of such a great team. I hope that I will come back one day. Thanks for everything!

The hostel is beautiful. The hostel is nice, beds comfortable, and lots of space. The staff and management were nice and understanding. The work is relatively easy too, but was a lot of responsibility for a volunteer, and there's not much training. You can get by without knowing and Portuguese but there are lots of people who don't speak English. You have to help in the restaurant which is easy but staff there are not nice. The dorm and bathroom was really gross when I arrived too. Management are putting better procedures in place now. Overall, I had a great time and would do it again!
