Gostei muito da minha experiência voluntariando na the inn. A vista para a Barra é linda e a localização é ótima, perto de várias praias. Conheci muitas pessoas de fora do país, me diverti com os hóspedes e me senti super em casa. As atividades são organizadas entre a the inn, a Mansão e a the inn. Os horários e as folgas são respeitados, o que torna a experiência equilibrada e agradável. Recomendo tanto que vou ficar mais um período aqui!

A experiência foi muito diferente do que foi anunciado na plataforma. A vaga era para Social Media, porém as atividades realizadas foram em sua totalidade tarefas domésticas e de limpeza, o que não constava no acordo. Houve tratamento desigual entre voluntárias, falha de comunicação e pouca abertura para diálogo. As condições de acomodação são precárias, com quarto pequeno, sem janelas, ventilação inadequada e muitos insetos, o que impactou minha saída antes do previsto. Não recomendo para voluntários que buscam transparência, cumprimento do combinado e um ambiente respeitoso e seguro.

Passei ótimos dias na pousada! O trabalho foi de acordo com o combinado e horas estabelecidas. O ambiente é acolhedor e rodeado pela natureza, me conectei com pessoas incríveis durante o período. Recomendo para quem quer uma experiência única e divertida na Ilha da Magia! Saio dessa experiência muito grata por tudo o que vivi e compartilhei ali. Obrigada!

Foi uma experiência muito legal e divertida. Logo na chegada já tive a aventura de atravessar o canal de batera (barquinho), o que achei o máximo. O lugar é lindo, com uma vista incrível do canal, e a equipe (volumigos) foi maravilhosa. Quanto às tarefas, são atividades normais de cuidado do local. Só vale se preparar para subir bastante escada e fazer uma pequena trilha com frequência (o cardio tá garantido 😅). No mais, só gratidão!
