Our volunteer program offers the chance to join either the bar or kitchen team, depending on your skills and interests. You’ll be assigned to one area but may switch during your stay depending on team size and availability. Tasks include helping with setup, cleaning, and supporting daily operations. I truly loved my time at the hostel. The staff and the other Volunteers felt like family right away and made you feel comfortable. I worked behind the bar which was really fun. The tasks were pretty straightforward and work hours were always respected. I would fully recommend volunteering here!!

The Team and other Volunteers felt like family to me. Paracas is a really lovely place. Not too much to do but a very peaceful atmosphere and nice and friendly local community. The only thing that I have to criticise is the communication, as some of our hours and type of work was changed last minute without asking us. During a week when you've already made plans that seemed a little ignorant to me. I can still fully recommend going here as I had an amazing time.

My time in the hostel was great. The team is adorable and they make you feel like home from there first second and everybody was always helpful and understanding. The tasks are not hard and the worktimes were respected. I would totally recommend this experience.

I had a wonderful time at the hostel. Everyone here is very friendly and always ready to help. Esteban is a very attentive host. He does all he can to make your stay amazing. I also really enjoyed the desert and the ocean. I was at the aera experience and it was great fun organizing activities! The schedules were always respected, I had plenty of free time. The place is very festive. I was happy to have my earplugs so I could sleep in. 😄 We feel like part of a family, and it's still weird to leave! Thank you Paracas and thank you to all the staff, you're incredible ❤️

Volunteering at the hostel has been amazing. I was working in experiences, where I helped with the activities throughout the week, such as volleyball, trivia night and karaoke. The shifts were super chill and I got to practice my Spanish a lot. The staff at the hostel is super kind and welcoming and I made great friends with the other volunteers. A special thanks to Esteban, who was always a super helpful and flexible boss. Gracias por todo, espero poder volver algún día!
