The owners of the hostel very kind and really care about keeping place comfortable and cozy for everybody. You can literally feel this place like your home with family who surround you. A really beautiful hostel with lots of charm. A really lovely, warm and inviting family that runs it also. The work was engaging and Reider made it very flexible for me also considering I had to work remotely sometimes also. Great place and would love to visit again.

Volunteering at Reidar's hostel was lovely. It's a beautiful space, perfect location, very bright, big and open and you can really see how much effort was put into creating it. The shifts were super chill and it's a fun environment to work in. We met a lot of international travelers and Reidar was always open for questions and advice :)

It was one of the best volunteerings I did! Reidar and his family run the hostel and bring a super precious energy to the place - an energy you'll feel once you set a footstep into the door. Reidar respects wishes for the shifts and leaves very much space for self responsibility and to deliver creative input. The hostel feels like a home and a cat and a turtle come as a nice bonus :)
