What you offer

Hours per day: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Description

The volunteers will contribute $10 per day to cover food expenses, laundry and other services like transportation. We give all the food needed our kitchen is your kitchen. Also is not to make profit but to make this place better and a better experience for all volunteers. Thanks for your understanding !

This is about 15km away from Manuel Antonio Looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us do some housekeeping, guest check-ins and some cooking a our lodge site in a beautiful location. Project aims for eco-friendly accommodation while preserving natural beauty. Tasks include constructing structures, landscaping, cooking, gardening and housekeeping. No experience required. Training and tools provided.

Wow… puuuuh, this was such a great experience! 🥳 This was my first time traveling alone and also volunteering, and couldn't have dreamt of a better place to be. I met so many fun people from around the globe, traveled with two of them and then I came back to La Comarca. Met another friend and traveled with her! And the host… Alex is amazing, he has everything under control and at the same time everything is so peaceful. So worth it and would come back (for the 3rd time😄) if I had the chance! 🙌

I had a great time at La Comarca! The property is surrounded by beatiful nature and there is a river right next to it where you can go to cool off. What makes the place special is the welcoming athmosphere the host Alex creates. I had a great time with him and the other voluteers and can definetly reccomend everyone who likes to be in nature and meeting new people to come to La Comarca. The tasks themselves and also the workload vary from day to day depending on the amount of guests, wheater etc. Alex leaves room for a lot of flexibility and also creative imput from the voluteers!

This was the best experience I had with worldpackers so far! Alex is a great host, communicative, and easy going. I felt very welcomed in La Comarca, and a big sense of community specially with other volunteers. The daily activities were easy to learn. We also had freedom to be creative in projects that were not the main tasks.We also ate well, and any work in the kitchen were always with someone else helping. My highlights about the place: *the fireflies every night, nature, collecting eggs from the gallinas (they are the sweetest), and access to the river.I would love to come back some day!

Although my time here was short, it was amazing and I loved every moment! Alex is such a warm and welcoming host, I felt like I was apart of a little family of volunteers from day 1. The property is beautiful and the river is amazing to cool off and swim in. It is a little far from the beach, but Alex helps the volunteers find days to go with the car. The tasks were fair and manageable everyday. I would really recommend this stay for anyone looking to just exist on some beautiful land with beautiful people!
