The Experience

Join our horse property and riding school, home to 70 horses, lambs, goats, and pigs. Your tasks include feeding animals, cleaning stables, farm maintenance, and bottle-feeding lambs (seasonal). You’ll also help prepare horses for work and shows. Horse experience is a plus but not required—just bring a friendly attitude and willingness to learn. Come live this unique farm adventure! 🌾🐴✨

I stayed for 5 weeks and I absolutely loved it, you get to experience the authentic life on a horse farm! You have two shifts, one in the morning and the afternoon where you feed all the horses, sheep's and baby goats. It's fun work if you enjoy being around animals but sometimes you'll work more than 5 hours a day. I got to ride horses and go on trailrides which was fantastic!!! It was such a unique experience working/ living here and on your days of you can go to the beach or Brisbane!

An unforgettable experience. Every morning I woke up to stunning views, and the day began by feeding baby goats. The people are wonderful! The work is hard and the days are long, but it's worth it. I spent a month on the farm, and a piece of my heart stayed here. I also did my first beach ride, which was awesome! A huge thank you for Belinda and Phill for this experience.❤️

I had a really great time at Belinda's Farm. Being in the Nature and around animals all the time is so beautiful. Even tho you are “working” it doesn't feel like it especially if you like being outside and with animals. It's always fun.

I'm so grateful for the great experience on this farm!! Belinda and Phil are lovely people who made me feel welcome from the first day on. Working here I got to learn lots of new stuff even though I already had years of horse experience. Though you don't need experience with horses you should definitely not be scared of animals and be open to learn! In your time off you can go on walks/hikes, visit the surrounding towns and cities or even take riding lessons!! I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves animals and doesn't mind getting dirty. Thank you Belinda&Phil!!

Great experience immersing into life on a horse farm! I had no prior experience with horses but was looked after by the amazing team here and shown the ropes quickly! If you don'tind getting down and dirty and love animals then this is the place to go! You're responsible for feeding all the animals on the farm including horses, pigs, cows, sheep, goats. If you're lucky you get to hand feed some of the new borns! You really get to build a relationship with the horses on the daily feeds, and in the down time get the odd ride in! And the location is unbelievably beautiful!
