Volunteering front of house, you’ll be the heart of our hostel—welcoming guests at check‑in, sending them off with a smile at check‑out, and making sure they feel truly at home throughout their stay.

What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Drinks: Get discounts for drinks and beverages from our bar.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Fast Internet Access: High-speed internet for you to work remotely

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Spanish

Over 18 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Activities & Shift

Our current reception schedule is divided in 4 shifts :
7:30-11:30
11:30-15:30
15:30-19:30
19:30-23:30

We operate on the basis of mutual respect and trust.

Help us keep a clean place where the hostel maintains great presentation

We need to respect our guests and ensure the hostel is quiet between 11pm- 7am. Please help us ensure everyone can sleep at night without disturbances.
