The Experience

Water the plants, talk to the plants, Dig and prepare new gardens. work with wood > making chairs or tables. Collecting dead trees that have been cut down. work with cement if you want. There is a stone house to rebuild for which i could use some help. cementing, of gathering rocks from the nearby fields. I have a tent and one caravan , if caravan is available, you can use that. But tents are nice too...with some shade when its hot.

I really enjoyed my stay at the farm. The nature around the farm is amazing. If you want to reconnect with nature this is the right opportunity. You have always something to talk about with Edo and have fun. The work changes during the stay so you will learn many things. I really recommend this to you!

I really enjoyed my time in la finca de Edo. It is a beautiful little paradise to disconnect from the cities. It is also a good opportunity to connect with nature since it is a real immersion in it, and to learn many things about the work of the earth. In more than a week, I learned a lot about gardening but also wood work and a more sustainable lifestyle.

All in all it was really good. You can definitely say that edo has his heart on the right spot. He always got a good story in his pocket and knows a lot of interesting stuff. The work can be exhausting at times, but if you just do your best, it's absolut enough. If there is a problem with something, for example at work , you simply find a solution together. There are a lot of things to do, so there is the perfect task, which fits you the most. One last thing you are really in nature with a beautiful landscape. Good place to calm down.

Enjoy the Kombucha skoby, Richard will bring ! :) carefully brake the bottle. rinse with lots of water , avoid glass. and use (organic) black tea and sugar cane to make your own kombucha. it wll be super strong, when drinking. So mix with water and fruit juice?
