The Experience

Hello! My mother has run the historic Chateau de Sacy and its lovely gardens for three decades as a non profit arts association. I host creative retreats and every April, we redecorate where needed and get the place ready for the season. Tasks include painting, weeding, trimming bushes, mowing, two hours morning and afternoon. You'll have your own room in the chateau, take turns to cook and are likely to meet a motley crew of creatives.

A review would even cover how enjoyable and amazing this volunteering trip had been all thanks to murphy , since the day we got picked up from her at the train station she had been nothing but welcoming, it instantly felt like family she made sure we felt comfortable, throughout the volunteering trip murphy has helped us gain lots of new skills in painting and gardening ect, no day is the same in the organization in the best way possible, the variety of things we did was challenging yet amazing to experience. Murphy is truly a remarked person and her positive energy is highly contagious xx
