I had a positive experience here, and I believe it could have been even better if there had been more volunteers, the social dynamic of the hostel would have been richer. At times, I did feel a bit of a cultural gap, perhaps more noticeable to me since my previous volunteering experiences involved international team members. That said, the team is overall kind, welcoming, and cares about your well-being. It's a great opportunity to immerse yourself in Vietnamese culture. The team was always available whenever I needed anything. I hope to come back someday and see how things have evolved!

This was my first volunteering experience and I absolutely loved it. The hostel is small and cute but still very social and hosting little events on the hostel was fun. Also all the workers were lovely, made great friends. And working closely together with the Vietnamese people I really learned more about their culture and their everyday live. It was all in all an amazing experience and I also met so many nice travellers and really enjoyed working at the hostel and the reception (tbh most of the time I wouldn't really call it working, as a volunteer you're just the social part of the hostel)

I had such a fun time at the hostel and the hostel 💞 The team is so nice and welcoming, always ready to help as much as they can! Working at the hostel is very chill, but it still gives you the chance to meet many international travelers in a more intimate atmosphere than that of party hostels. If you wish, there is still the option to join a pub crawl from a nearby hostel! I would recommend this experience 100% if you want to have time to explore the city while still staying connected with people from the hostel :)

Vi and Dee are the best hosts ever! It was my first experience volunteering and it won't be the last. The work is so easy and they're super flexible with the hours. I learnt so much about Vietnamese culture and I made friends for life. Couldn't be happier! Thanks for everything guys

My time at the hostel was so amazing! The hostel is chill and social but if you want a party theres always an opportunity. I met tons of great people and am sad to be leaving already! Even though I was here just after typhoon Yagi so there werent many guests at the start, I still had a super good time here because of the other staff and volunteers <3 The work is relaxed and Vi is always there if you need any help with anything. Would definitely recommend volunteering here :D
