The Experience

Volunteers work 3,5 hours/5 days a week (18 hours a week) or every day 2,5 hours (18 hours a week). Shifts are from 11am to 1:30pm fixed, and late afternoon 1-hour clean-up has flexible timing. The job is not hard or long hours, but it is an essential work that we need done properly every time. Volunteers-only room, plenty of common space for fun and online work, possibilities for side-gigs and a great social atmosphere is what we offer :)

It's one of the best places I've ever traveled, and I would definitely return more than once. Both hosts are incredible and made me feel welcome. Cooperation with Vojkan and Zarko was excellent and they are consistent with everything the claim in the host description. I was volunteering as a receptionist and I had plenty of days left to explore Belgrade and nearby cities. I had a truly great time at the hostel!

My volunteering experience at the hostel was absolutely amazing! It's definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in (as a volunteer or as a guest). The owners are both incredibly friendly, and the vibe is super cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation. My stay at the hostel truly exceeded any expectation I had. The owners - Žarko and Vojkan are easy-going yet professional and kind-hearted people. Them and the other volunteers made me feel included right away. There is focus on improvement and open communication. The work was is more than manegable, the schedule can be flexible and you have plenty of time to explore Belgrade and the surrounding areas, or just enjoy the social vibe of the hostel.
