Damian is truly a wonderful person and will make you feel comfortable like at home in his hostel! He was very accomodating and everything was smooth. You'll be able to take part to the many different activities that the hostel hosts and meet some amazing people that surround the place. Super recommend <3

To date, this has been the most fulfilling experience I've had volunteering. the hostel is the most well rounded, culturally expansive, spiritually beneficial experience I've had. It is the very definition of a safe space in every way. The directors Damian and Ellie were truly amazing and welcoming and considerate. I'm happy I got the chance to be apart of this community and I will forever sing their praises. I felt true grief when leaving. I 100% recommend this volunteering opportunity to anyone who would like to experience true authentic energy and love in a community like setting.

A experiência no Lá o hostel foi simplesmente surreal! Como meu primeiro voluntariado, não poderia ter começado melhor. O Demian (anfitrião) é um amor de pessoa, acolhedor, gentil e sempre pronto pra ajudar. Lá vivi dias incríveis, aprendi muito e mergulhei de verdade na cultura fora do Brasil. Fiz amizades que quero levar comigo pra vida toda. Foi uma experiência que marcou meu coração e me fez crescer em todos os sentidos 🤍🥺

O the hostel é um local que respira arte e cultura. Um local integrador que seguro para todas as pessoas, inclusive da comunidade LGBTQIAPN+. Enquanto estive no hostel sempre teve artistas fazendo música, pessoas da comunidade que fazem atividades no hostel o que tras uma vida a mais para o lugar. Damian é uma pessoa queridíssima, muito empático, acolhedor e com um cuidado extremo com bem estar das pessoas e do lugar. As atvidiade do voluntáriado são tranquilas, bem organizadas, escala bem definida. Infelizmente não conheci Damian pessoalmente, mas espero voltar em outra oportunidade
