What you offer

My experience was super nice. Alejandra is a really flexible and welcoming host. If you are looking for a chill place in the coffee region, it's a nice option.

One word to describe my stay at the hostel : incredible ! I would definitely recommend this volunteering to anyone looking for incredible views, relaxing surroundings and discovering local colombian culture !! Excellent communication with Alejandra, very flexible working schedule - a dream job for sure. Tell Dante and Ginebra I said hi 😊

My stay at the hostel was amazing. Don't worry if you don't know much Spanish. Alejandra is really good at English! The hostel is comfy and well-kept, and it's in a great spot for exploring Samaná. The town added so much to my stay. The people are warm and welcoming and it is very safe there. If you love animals this is the perfect place for you! The pets at the hostel added a warm and homely feel. There's so much to do and explore if you love nature and the environment. I highly recommend!

My time at the hostel was awesome. The energy of the farm is amazing and most importantly Alejandra is super cool. It's set in the middle of a mountain range so you wake up in the morning to an amazing view. The work was never too hard and there's a relaxed atmosphere where you're free to communicate and have input on what you want to do. I wanted to teach some English classes at the school down the road and they were cool enough to build that into my schedule. If you're into mountains, rivers, waterfalls, coffee, and perfect weather this place is for you.

Tareas sumamente pesadas. No había herramientas necesarias. Tampoco hay planes en la zona ni diversión. Poca afluencia de huéspedes y nula posibilidad de interacción.

las tareas se realizan en común acuerdo, el voluntario no expreso estar en desacuerdo con lo que hacia, planes hay muchos pero jamás lo preguntó, se intento integrar al voluntario con los huéspedes y las personas de la región y tuvo cero disposición, dejo botado el voluntariado y ni por educación se despidió, lamentamos su experiencia, pero entendemos que no entiende la dinámica ya que es su primera vez fuera de casa. la nula posibilidad de interacción es su falta de socializar.
