The Experience
We require help with the gardening on our property. This will include weeding, pruning, putting soil into garden beds, putting mulch into gardens, planting trees and watering. For 4 days a week we will start at 8am and finish at 1pm. Any other time you will be free to explore the beauty of Great Keppel Island. You will have access to our paddleboards, kayak and snorkelling gear.

My experience on Great Keppel Island was absolutely amazing. The work was very fair and the accommodation was great. Stuart showed me many nice spots on the island and even took me snorkeling. I would 100% recommend staying there!

Stuart was incredibly accommodating and a wonderful host. I had the best time staying in this clean, modern home right outside the beach! He has lovely neighbours as well and will introduce you to the other locals on the island. Could not have asked for a better time on Keppel Island.

Our stay with Stuart and Kylie far exceeded any expectations we could've dreamed up! The accommodation was spectacular, the property was absolutely breathtaking, and the work was meaningful and completely fair and relaxed! Stuart was always patient and enthusiastic to show us all of his knowledge and everything he has built. He was also very easygoing with the work, working around weather. We felt super connected with nature and the island and could not have found a better first experience with World Packers. We felt so welcomed and part of the family; plus Stuart is an outstanding cook!!!

Staying with Stuart & Kylie on Great Keppel Island was quite literally one of the best experiences of my life. My accommodation was gorgeous and right next to the beach and hiking paths. Stuart would plan work around the weather so that I could snorkel, go on walks, and enjoy my time on this special island. The work was more than fair, and I always had a good time partaking in any of the gardening tasks he had for us. I'm still in shock that this place exists, because it exceeded any expectations I had (also, their cooking is phenomenal!). Thanks so much for welcoming me - I'll miss you all!
