We're looking for enthusiastic and hands-on helpers to support us during the summer season! Your tasks will include preparing flower beds, weeding, trimming shrubs, doing minor repairs, and helping with general outdoor maintenance. If you're handy with basic tools and enjoy working in nature, we'd love to hear from you! EU passport required (due to insurance regulations). Let’s make the most of the summer – together! 🌞

We had a really nice experience at the guest house! It's a very welcoming community where you can meet locals and people coming from a lot of different places! Everyone was so friendly and although we couldn't stay long, the host on site took good care of us! We really recommend this experience. We went during the spring so there were less people than the busy seasons but it was just as nice with less tourist and more calm!

My experience in Projectbay in Lietzow, was FANTASTIC. It was one of my favorite places to visit. The co-working place was nice the visitors and residents were friendly and kind. But the credits for the beautiful experience belonging to my Host Janette. She was so nicely friendly and flexible person, with many skills and very friendly attitude. The job was nice and easy, I had enough time to explore the island and she and the owners help me with my stay and made it comfortable, easy and with communication. I suggest all the worldpackers of the world to apply for the position. Enjoy

I had a really good time there and met many nice people who were working there or staying for short or long times. There was always enough time to enjoy yourself. I felt very welcome. The tasks were fun and the atmosphere was nice. Also, the location just by the water and the scenic view is amazing. I was there when the weather was not so good and spring was not already there, but still I enjoyed the coast and working indoors. I think the people working there really give it their all, and in the summer it will be even more amazing because of the opportunities offered outside the facility.

Lietzow is a beautyful place and with the Deutschland ticket you can easily access Stralsund and Rostock but also gorgeous places to hike like Sassnitz. So the whole area is amazing! I was with the guest house for a month. Jeanette was nice but absent a lot. That wasn't a problem for me but at the end it made my expirience impersonal. So I only recommend this place if you are with someone or love to be alone. (Apart from the amazing lunches that Sven made us I was mostly alone) The tasks were totally fine, manageable and Janette was REALLY FLEXIBLE with the time management. So thank you for that!

I really enjoyed my experience at the guest house. I learned new things and met different people. Jeanette and the team were very nice and the working hours were always respected. I was able to explore the countryside by bike and went on short trips around Rügen. Overall, I would recommend the guest house.
