The Experience

During the winter months there is not so much gardening work to do, but I would still love some help with general jobs, such as spring cleaning, baking for the freezer, making cleaners, animal care etc. Would love someone who is flexible in regards to jobs, and is happy to pitch in and help, living as part of the family. Please note volunteers need to have a working holiday visa, thanks.

Our time at the home & the home's place couldn't have been better! They are both amazing people who took us in and made us feel welcome right from the beginning. Our tasks at the farm ranged from indoor to outdoor activities and were always assigned to us with our interests in these tasks in mind. We especially enjoyed the shared meals we had together, where we often exchanged stories and laughed together. We already talked about coming back to visit and work there again which should tell you just how happy we were with this experience! 10/10 thank you so much !!

The home and the home are incredible lovely people and our stay at their house was amazing and a perfect learning experience! We were treated with respect and kindness at any time and were immediately included in their everyday life. Working conditions couldn't have been any fairer, as the communication was at eye level. We learned many things regarding plants, animals and living on a farm and the home & the home had great local advice. They passed us much knowledge. We also shared many great conversations and laughs. We wish the home and the home + family all the best in the world. We will definitely come back!
