The room was comfortable, but the overall experience was disappointing. We were not integrated into the team, and communication with the staff was minimal. Some meals were insufficient for the amount of work required. On the last day, we were asked to leave suddenly without transportation, even though the place is far from the city and has no bus service.

Hotel replied

Daniela’s engagement at our resort fell short of expectations.
Despite the staff’s support, you showed little willingness to learn or integrate, and often failed to complete tasks.

Meals and accommodation were provided free of charge, as for all staff.
Your work performance was poor, with instances of inappropriate behavior, including being under the influence of alcohol and unwilling to be active at work.

Overall, your contribution did not meet our standards.

Although it was our first time hosting volunteers, we did our best to offer comfort, friendliness, and opportunities for cooperation. Most of our staff speak English, and you could have asked for help when needed.

However, you did not show openness to connect with the staff, and your distant attitude created barriers to communication and socialization.

We are always open to welcoming you again, but we encourage you to reconsider your approach and behavior towards others.
