Your role with Ibiza Phi Phi.
Front Desk Management: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a friendly smile, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
Guest Experience: Be the primary point of contact, answering any questions, providing local tips and helping to create a welcoming and social atmosphere.
Hostel Operations: Assist with light administrative tasks, maintain the vibe of the hostel & co-ordinate events.
What you offer
32 hours of help per week
Party Promoter:
Help organise and promote parties and social activities.
Administration:
Help with booking systems and payments.
Reception:
Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.
What you get
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.
Team Dorm:
You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements
Intermediate English
Between 18 and 35 years old
Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Responsibilities
Review check-ins/check-outs
Attend to all guests and answer any inquiries
Provide information about amenities, area and venues to promote services
Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers
Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
Ensure compliance with health and quality standards
