The Experience

We are a small organic farm (1 hectare) growing a ton of variety and advocating health, wellness, and environmental protection. Help us by doing daily farm work - 5hrs/day x 6 days a week. Watering, plant care, sowing, transplanting, mulching, etc. We will supply organic veggies (depending on what's available and excess after CSA harvest) but the rest cooking ingredients will not be provided. A huge kitchen with cookware is at your disposal.

I had a really great time at the farm. All the workers were really kind and i felt really welcomed. The work was not to hard and i could choose what time i want to work. On my stay i learned a lot about eco friendly farming and sustainability. The farm is really nice and peaceful. The perfect opportunity to connect with nature and yourself.

Thank you so much for these 19 days, during which I was able to learn about both organic farms and Filipino culture With Direk, I was able to perform various tasks such as sowing, transplanting, which plants to weed, how compost is created... I met the Abby and June's family, who welcomed me very warmly and made sure my stay goes well. Many thanks to Macel, who accompanied me on my outings, explained a lot of things, and, above all, provided me with some fun times. And finally, thank you to Denison and Jean for your welcome and for allowing me to experience this in this beautiful setting

My stay at the farm & Jen's Farm was my first ever volunteering experience and it was absolutely amazing! Met wonderful people who are truly passionate about what they do, especially Macel!! They made me feel so welcomed & part of their family, thanks to Ate Abby & to my co-volunteers who made this journey extra meaningful and fun! I've learned a lot too from Derek and of course, from the man behind this gem, Sir the farm! Doing farm work is no easy feat and having to witness how meticulous organic farming is gave me a whole new level of respect and appreciation for all farm workers! 🫡

Volunteering on this organic farm has been one of the most enriching and heartfelt experiences, I even came back a second time! Abi, June and their daughters made me feel at home instantly. I shared a beautiful bond with Macel and saw how she puts her heart and soul into everything she does. Derek taught me a lot too. the farm and Jan, the farm owners, and their daughters are incredibly kind, generous and full of life. We shared amazing moments, laughed, explored, and had deep, honest conversations. They're building something truly meaningful. I leave with a full heart. You will absolutely no regret

I got to learn a lot about growing vegetable from sowing, setting the bed, fertilizing, transplanting, plant care, to the harvesting! The work was 5 hours daily, 6 days a week, with flexibility regarding the heat. The accommodation was comfy and surprisingly breezing. Thanks to the farm and Jean for the opportunity to absorb the valuable knowledge at your farm. Thank you Macel and Derick and the team for teaching and sharing the garden wisdom. Thank you Jun, Abi and the family for the warmest welcome and many masarap meals. And thank you my volunteer mate, Delia for being such a amazing company!
