The Experience

In January 2018 we purchased an abandoned villa build in the mid XIX century by a rich emigree and ever since we've been focused in saving this piece of history for posterity. in 2024 we managed to complete the first phase of the project and the fun starts now. 2025 season we'll focus on the south wing. Foundation reinforce, west wall rebuild, roof rebuild and first floor rebuild. I'm confident we can accomplish the first really visible results.

Suso and Myriam were incredible the entire time, it was my second volunteer job and made me feel welcomed and apart of the home. Food was delicious and on time I even got to learn a few recipes. I learnt a lot about construction and farming, and met a lot of other volunteers. Thanks again for this experience and I wish you the best of luck!
