The Experience

I stayed one week with the family. It's a really nice opportunity and I felt really welcomed by all the village and also the children are really sweet and playfull. It's a good way to learn more about how the local community lives, their culture, and how they use the plants of the jungle in their daily life. I regretted that the host was not more communicative about the tasks. Also be aware that the way to educate the children is different from ours, and I felt sometimes uncomfortable with the way the dad treated his girls, with also change of attitude if tourists were presents or no.
