This was our first workaway experience and it went pretty well! We were warmly welcomed by Frank and other volunteers, and had a lot of fun during the stay :) The amazing part of this workaway is the community aspect, everyone you meet is so open and nice. Not the Greekest experience but great facilities, amazing food and cute cats on the other hand! I would have liked to work on a bigger variety of projects during our 3 week stay, as there was a lot of gardening otherwise I 100% recommend this experience 😊 Very curious to see what this place will become in 3 months, 1 year, 2 years and more

The eco village is an incredible place! Frank is a cheerful and fun giant and together with Diandra I had wonderful learning experiences. The work is calm and organized, I learned how to plant, prepare the soil, paint, sand and cut branches. I loved the people I met: Nix, Noe, Christina, Jorge, Jean, Dima and Bernat! I will take them with me for the rest of my life!!

My stay in the eco village It's been fantastic. About the facilities, there are really good. There is warm water for showers, big tents called Iurtas that keep the warm when it's cold and the cold when it's warm. There's a kitchen wich is fully equiped and the food that Frank, Diantra and all the other volunteers made all this days was delicious. Furthermore, the work is really pleasent because you see little by little that the projects where you are working on take shape by working with your own hands. I rexomend it at 100% !

My boyfriend and I went to the eco village together for about three weeks. I worked on the gardens most of the time and also got to cook for everyone. We met a lot of other nice volunteers from many different places, which made the experience very fun - we hung out together most days after working and played lots of games. Everyone has their own tent/yurt, so you can have some time to yourself whenever you want, and the shared spaces are always open, including the kitchen where you can just help yourself. If you are looking for a real Greek experience, however, this might not be the best fit for you.

I really enjoyed my time in the eco village. Although far from a big city and a bit secluded, there's plenty of things to do around, like hikes. The hours are very respected and I learned a lot about the use of sustainable materials. We did some gardening and some small construction works. Great place to meet international travellers and connect with nature!
