The Experience
We are looking for hiking guides and group leaders for March and April 2025 to join our team. Required qualities: active, friendly, sportive person able to work with German clients, guiding mixed groups on half day hikes; knowledge of intermediate German language is very important, English is an advantage. We offer accommodation and meals.

The time I spent at BG the hotel was amazing. The whole team was so nice, friendly and energetic. I could not have imagined a better group atmosphere. We did a lot of activities in our free time and explored Mallorca really well. Working there is quite nice if you are a social person who likes to talk and be in nature. The walks are quite easy and very beautiful and varied. And of course the accommodation is very luxurious and the food is great. If you are looking for a place to grow in terms of social skills, this is the perfect place.

The experience as a hiking guide at the hotel is definitely worth it! Alex is an amazing host and keeps everything well organized. The tasks and hours are as agreed on and super fun as we are always around other people and can enjoy Mallorcas nature. At the hotel we share a nice room with a team member, have a big buffet for every meal and so many activities like tennis, paddle or volleyball. The beach is not far and you have a wonderful team, so it will never get boring! I only regret not staying longer and highly recommend this volunteering🫶🏼

La experiencia en the hotel fue literalmente maravillosa. Alex tiene una comunicación perfecta y me hizo sentir bienvenida desde el primer momento, al igual que todo el equipo de excursiones y animación. El hotel es muy bonito, y las rutas de senderismo de Mallorca lo son aún más. Sin duda, lo recomiendo mucho!
