Mi experiencia como voluntario/a en esta organización fue profundamente decepcionante. Desde el primer día, el ambiente fue desorganizado y el trato por parte del equipo, poco respetuoso. Además de sentirme constantemente desvalorizado/a, sufrí una situación muy grave: me robaron 400 dólares en el alojamiento proporcionado por la organización. Lo más alarmante es que las únicas personas con acceso a esa habitación eran los propios empleados. A pesar de informar del incidente, no se me ofreció ningún tipo de apoyo ni se tomaron medidas claras para esclarecer lo sucedido.

Lamentamos profundamente saber que su experiencia con nosotros no cumplió con sus expectativas.
Con respecto a su comentario sobre la desorganización y el trato recibido, tomamos muy en serio cualquier retroalimentación y siempre estamos abiertos a mejorar. Nunca nos dimos cuenta de la suma sustraída se te preguntó en reiteradas ocasiones y ni siquiera tú sabías. lo que nos lleva a pensar que esto nunca pasó y es mentira para lograr estafarnos.
