It really was the best place with the best people. The experiences were wonderful, unforgettable, and incredible. I'd like to thank you for the way you treated me; I truly felt like a member of your family. The hosts were incredibly welcoming! Your dinner has an extraordinary energy both in interaction with guests and staffs I really enjoyed my time on your hostel and highly recommend it to future travelers Ilearned so much and met people I'll keep in my life. Thank you for all the moments, all the lessons, and all the conversations. I am so grateful for everything!

The manager, Ajay, was rude and condescending. The spot advertised breakfast, but when I asked about it, he said there was none and falsely claimed this was implied in the listing. Shortly after, the description was changed. On my first day, right after my shift, he said "I don't think this is going to work", "it looks like you've never done this before" and said I wasn't social enough. This made no sense, as it was just my first day, the hostel was very quiet and I interacted normally with guests. I left because I didn't feel welcome and felt pressured to leave.

Very bad experience. The workload was extremely high, often like doing the work of 3–4 people. We were made to work around 35 hours a week with no proper balance in shifts. Early morning shifts followed by late nights caused serious sleep deprivation, with only one day off, making it impossible to rest or plan anything. The host was rude and unprofessional. Even after working hard, being flexible, and covering shifts for 3 weeks, when I tried to talk and raise my concerns respectfully, I was asked to leave immediately, even though I had nowhere else to stay. I do not recommend this place.

I loved staying and working at the hostel!! It's a great place to volunteer, the staff and other volunteers were truly amazing, and I'd love to come back anytime. It was my first volunteering experience, and it turned out even better than I expected. The working hours were as agreed, and the family dinners on Wednesdays and Fridays make this place really special. Thank you for everything!
