The Experience

We are a couple that after some years of travelling & working seasonal jobs settled down in France. Our house is set in a tiny hamlet of 10people in french countryside. We have professional eco-renovation project done. It's a lot of digging and moving heavy stuff around. You need to be physically fit and comfortable using power tools. Depending on the stage of the renovation we will have guest bedroom available or a tent.

We really enjoyed our stay with Dima and Calina, for our first experience of Woofing! The hosts were welcoming, and there was a great atmosphere all week long :) We did tasks tailored to our skills in a very pleasant setting surrounded by nature Kisses to Cisco, and thank you again for your welcome!

I had a great time! Before arriving I had caught a cold and the hosts were understanding and very welcoming, even offering me medicine and days to rest. The work was engaging and unique. If you aren't familiar with sustainable living you will definitely learn something new. The surrounding area is absolutely gorgeous, every morning I woke up to bird song and the forests are great for walks. So long as you are ok with rustic accommodations you will find this experience rewarding. I highly recommend!
