This was my first experience as a volunteer and it was perfect. The host were amazing and welcoming. Them and the volunteers that were with me made me feel like home. The work and tasks were easy to understand and the hours were well respected. I was able to choose my free day and the food was amazing. It was also a perfect way to practice my spanish and my english because I had the chance to speak with persons from all other the world. It was an excellent first time and I recommend it to everyone that wants to experience volunteering in Spain and in an hostel.

I had a wonderful time staying with Karina & Vicente at the hostel! They are wonderful people who took very good care of me, I had plenty of time off to explore the town where the hostal is located and surrounding areas. They even took me out to try the local specialty, pulpo! All the tasks were well explained to me and pretty simple. The hours were as agreed upon prior and the food was always excellent! It's a really great opportunity to practice Spanish and meet the pilgrims doing el Camino! Over all it's a very homey environment and an experience I would definitely recommend!!

Fue mi primer voluntariado y no podría haber sido mejor. Karina y Vicente son personas increíbles, súper buena onda y muy acogedores. Hoy en día los considero grandes amigos. Los otros voluntarios que estaban ahí también fueron súper chéveres. El trabajo fue tranquilo y tuve la chance de conocer gente de todas partes del mundo. Lo súper recomiendo.

La experiencia en el Albergue ha sido espectacular, más allá del lugar, tareas, responsabilidades y dia a dia, las cuales fueron increíbles, donde aprendes de manera muy sencilla y atenta sobre como funciona un lugar destinado al turismo y atención de los huespedes. He mejorado mi inglés como tambien aprendido tareas de atención, recepción y funciones sobre cocina entre otras. Pero prefiero quedarme con Vicente y Karina, quienes te hacen sentir en casa en todo momento. He podido conocerlos, compartir con ellos en cada dia, lo cual me parece de lo más hermoso cuando uno se encuentra en viaje.

Esta fue mi primera experiencia de voluntariado y solo puedo decir que no pude haber elegido mejor. Karina y Vicente son dos personas maravillosas que se encargan de que los voluntarios se sientan como en casa, son muy atentos y no hay lugar para sentirse mal. Las tareas son muy sencillas y siempre hay tiempo de explorar los alrededores y el pueblo. Realmente me lo pasé genial, las dos semanas que estuve en el albergue se me pasaron volando y recomiendo esta experiencia al cien por cien a cualquier persona, se conoce a mucha gente de todo el mundo y al final no te quieres ir.
