My time in Mindo was amazing, Paola and other other women were so welcoming. They helped explain everything I needed to do and we really worked as a team. You still have plenty of time to go out and do fun things around Mindo or just relax which the house is great for. I definitely recommend this for people looking to practice their Spanish, and hopefully I will be back :).

Mi experiencia en Mindo fue espectacular. Es un lugar rodeado de naturaleza, seguro y la gente es super amable. Ideal para estar tranquilo, conectar con uno mismo, conocer gente local y huéspedes de todos lados que por lo general han sido siempre muy buenas personas. También me sirvió para aprender bastante sobre gestión hotelera. No se trabajan mas horas de lo acordado pero a veces hay que tener flexibilidad con los horarios. En el medio siempre se encuentran baches para disfrutar de la paz del lugar Super agradecido con todo. Sobre todo con Paola, una genia!! Recomiendo vivir esta exp.🙏💛

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue muy linda. Acordamos con la anfitriona una fecha más flexible sin problema. Paola muy atenta, amable y respetuosa desde el primer momento. Me hizo regalos, como un paquete de yerba mate!<3 o una comida para año nuevo! Mindo es hermoso y en los hoteles te conectas mucho con la naturaleza. Todos los días te despiertan las aves y también tiene un caballo! Las tareas son sencillas. Me encantó, sin duda lo recomiendo! Mindo encantador, y muy seguro. Los hoteles muy bien ubicados. 10 puntos.

Para mí esta experiencia no funcionó y tuve que activar el seguro de Worldpackers para poder abandonarla antes y aquí están mis razones: - No había instrucciones claras sobre actividades y horarios. -Me regañaron y culparon el desorden del hotel y falta de organización del mismo solo por estar como VOLUNTARIA. -No había instrucciones claras y si hacías algo mal decían que debes saberlo por “SENTIDO COMÚN”. -Mas de una ocasión me hicieron trabajar más de las horas acordadas. -NO TE VEN NI TE TRATAN COMO LO QUE ERES, VOLUNTARIO, SINO COMO UN EMPLEADO MÁS.

Mindo es un excelente lugar para rodearte de naturaleza, hermosas vistas y diversidad de flora y fauna muy cercana. Pao nos recibió muy cálidamente y el alojamiento es un maravilloso espacio para habitar. Las tareas pueden variar según la demanda de los hoteles, no están claras pero todo se puede ir hablando. Necesitarás organizarte para cumplir con todo lo requerido y tener tiempo para descansar o recorrer el hermoso pueblo y todo lo que si naturaleza tiene para ofrecerte. Gracias por el aprendizaje sobre recepción hotelera, es algo que no conocía y pude fluir, con la ayuda de Pao y todo el equipo!
