I applied for a kitchen and bar role (25h/week). At first, everything seemed fine, but upon arrival there was no proper bed (improvised mattress, never replaced). Tasks and schedules constantly changed and exceeded the agreed hours. I was asked to clean bathrooms and do general cleaning, which was never stated in the role, and without proper equipment. Hosts contradicted each other, gave multiple tasks at once, and showed poor organization. After leaving due to these issues, I was unfairly marked as a no-show. Future volunteers: ask for everything very clearly in writing.

Mi experiencia en el alojamiento fue maravillosa 🌲. Desde el primer día sentí una paz profunda; vivir rodeada de naturaleza y tranquilidad era justo lo que buscaba 🏞️. Realicé tareas muy variadas, siempre con respeto a los horarios y días de descanso. Brenda y Roque fueron excelentes anfitriones, siempre abiertos a escuchar ideas y apoyar en todo momento 💚. Compartir el voluntariado con Don Miguel (otro voluntario) enriqueció aún más la experiencia. Sin duda volvería si tengo la oportunidad 🏕️✨!!!

Desde que llegué, Roque, el anfitrión, me recibió con mucha amabilidad y camaradería. el alojamiento es un lugar relajante y rodeado de naturaleza y paisajes bonitos. Hacer un voluntariado aquí me permitió visitar muchos pueblos y lugares muy interesantes. Además aprendí el oficio de la jardinería, el cual me resultó divertido.
