The Experience

We have a number of beautiful Airbnbs, a Hotel and a Hostal located within the culture centre and cultural DownTown parts of the city. This volunteer position would require your help with the daily upkeep and cleaning of these properties, for example, looking after the plants, cleaning of communal areas, changing of bedsheets after guest make complete their check outs etc.

Volunteering at the hotel was a valuable experience. My stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly, helpful, and they were flexible with days off. I worked more hours than expected from this announcement, but when they need, extra shifts were compensated. Some promised amenities weren't available, but the kitchen, laundry and tour discounts were appreciated. The volunteer accommodations could be more comfortable. The staff's positive attitude made up for many of the challenges. Overall, the hotel has great potential, with some enhancements, the volunteer experience could be more enrichi

Holaaa :) Me encanto esta experiencia y sin duda repetiria, los trabajadores y huespedes del Hotel son muy amables y sociables; te pueden dar recomendaciones sobre Guadalajara. Accommodation: 10/10 Tasks: 10/10, aunque son sencillas, son bastantes lo cual hace pesado el turno y terminas cansado, es cosa de como se organice cada quien.[Simple but a lot of tasks, then it can tiring] Shifts: 8 hrs x 3 days (puede ser matutino, vespertino o nocturno) 4 day off. Communication: 10/10, la host a pesar de tener muchas responsabilidades siempre esta al pendiente de ti, mil gracias por eso <3

Mi experiencia en the hotel fue excelente, las tareas son sencillas y las instalaciones comodas, son flexibles con los horarios y el ambiente es tranquilo. La ubicación esta bien ya que queda muy cerca el centro y lugares de interés; hay suficiente tiempo para conocer Guadalajara :)

El hotel es un lugar muy bonito para estar y trabajar los turnos son muy organizados al igual que toda la información te la explican súper bien para que puedas realizar el trabajo de la mejor manera, Pao es una gran host muy amable y ordenada, es un hotel principalmente de estancias largas así que es más para conocer personas locales y de México. Te darán tus turnos al inicio de la semana por lo que podrás organizarte para ir a conocer Guadalajara y sus alrededores , lo único que no me gustó, fue el lugar en donde dormimos los voluntarios pero por lo demás esta muy bien. 👍

Este fué mi primer voluntariado y me encantó! Las experiencias que me llevo son muchas y de igual manera pude socializar bastante he hice buenos amigos. Estoy muy agradecida con cada uno que forma parte del team porque siempre me trataron muy bien y de verdad que los voy a extrañar, fué muy fácil sentirme parte del hotel 🫶🏻 muchas gracias por todo! Por supuesto espero verlos pronto nuevamente. 100% recomendado :D
