The Experience

Buscamos personas con buena energía y ganas de contribuir con sus habilidades. 🧹🍹🍴 Por eso, necesitamos que tengas buena atención con los clientes del bar, que puedas preparar y servir caipirinhas, cervezas, refrescos, atender en la barra y colaborar con la organización del stock. El bar tiene dos turnos: de 14h a 18h y de 18h a 22h. En el bar trabajan varios voluntarios, especialmente durante el turno nocturno.

O hostel está muito bem localizado, de frente ao Farol, com uma vista linda para o mar. A Andressa é uma boa anfitriã e conseguiu organizar e ajustar algumas faltas de comunicação que existiam anteriormente. As instalações necessitam de melhorias. Peguei duas fases de grupos de voluntários no hostel e consegui fazer boas amizades.

Localização maravilhosa, mas não achei a troca de voluntariado justa. A demanda era bem maior do que o possível de fazer dentro do horário combinado (fiquei na cozinha no períodode final/começo de ano) e eu tinha que ficar horas extra pra dar conta. Consegui negociar uma folga a mais por conta disso, mas optei por encerrar antes minha colaboração visto que a acomodação não era boa e não tinha nenhum outro benefício. A Andressa que cuida do voluntariado durante as temporadas é ótima e ajudava mt, mas a relação com o anfitrião era distante e nossas demandas não eram muito levadas em consideração

Fui bem recepcionada antes de estar em Salvador, Andressa uma voluntária maravilhosa ficou encarregada de me receber, ela foi uma querida do início ao fim do voluntariado, confesso que com ela tudo foi mais leve e tranquilo. Tive pouco contato com anfitrião, mas sempre foi respeitoso e gentil. As tarefas são tranquilas e o máximo que ele exige é pontualidade no mais tive uma experiência maravilhosa em um lugar incrível, que é salvador e em um hostel que tem vista privilegiada, em frente ao farol da barra. dormir com o son das ondas do mar não tem preço. Fui muito privilegiada.
