At Hangout Hostel in Ao Nang, Thailand! As a Guest Representative, youβll be the heart and soul of the hostel, helping create an unforgettable "Hangout Style" experience for our guests. Day time enjoy going jungle, Island, and kayak trips. At night help bring the vibe with helping out ; leading Pub quizzes, Pub crawls, Beer Pong tournaments.

I was meant to spend a month with Andrew and his team but had such a blast I ended up extending for another two weeks. The accommodation provided is so much better than anywhere I have voulentered before, air-conditioning in the room and a bunk with proper privacy curtains. Having excellent WiFi help me as a digital nomad. In terms of work, the hours were fair and all tasks didn't feel like I was working. The local staff also helped me so much with my journey of learning the Thai language and about their history/culture.

Such an awesome opportunity. The host, Andrew is super friendly, and the staff are lovely too! So many perks to the job- like free accommodation, meals, a few drinks, tours and pub crawls. Worth every hour of work.

Had such a good time here and really loved my stay. The host was super chill and accommodating, even when I ended up being bedridden for a few days, which I really appreciated!! The work is pretty relaxed and very social β mostly chatting with guests, making sure everyone's having a good time, and organizing nightly stuff like pub quizzes, pool tournaments or pub crawls. Depending on the guests it can get a bit boring sometimes, but the team is amazing and you'll always have fun with them. Also a big plus: you can join the hostel's tours for free!!

This is a great place to volunteer, especially if it's your first time working at a hostel. It's a bit smaller of a hostel so it's a great way to really immerse yourself and get to know people on a personal level. The host Andrew is very kind and flexible with you as a volunteer. He is always on top of everything he does and will teach you anything you want to know. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hostels and Thailand! I had a wonderful time hosting events and taking care of some of the check-ins. I highly recommend this place if you like a social atmosphere.

My experience in this the hostel was amazing! This was my second volunteer this year, I stayed 1 month helping in front desk and around the hostel, Andrew and the staff were super welcome, I liked to get to know a and interact with the guests. I also had the opportunity to go to the tours that the hostel offer. I worked in the evening and had all the mornings to explore the city. The work is super chill and the vibe of the place is incredible, I would definitely come back β¨
