The Experience

We are a modern Turkish family. We have a son aged 14 who learns English at school but needs to practice his English a lot more. We would prefer to host a FEMALE workawayer at our home in the Anadolu Hisari area of ISTANBUL. All we would like from you is to practice English with our 14 years old son for maximum of 3 hours, 4 times a week. We would like to host somebody who has good communication with teenagers, and is active and talkative.

I volunteered as an english teacher for 3 weeks. Staying with Mrs. Eylem and her amazing family the home was truly unforgettable. From the delicious home-cooked meals to the warm, welcoming atmosphere, I felt like part of the family right away. The neighborhood was lovely and peaceful, making it the perfect place to experience the real heart of Anatolian the home. I'm so grateful for the kindness and hospitality they showed me everything was perfect! Thank you for making my trip super special and hope to see u again. I will definitely recommend this experience to other travelers.
