The Experience

Farming and livestock using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods**: avoiding harmful chemicals, focusing on microbial technology and organic fertilizers, crop rotation, and biological pest control. I loved my stay and time at the farm. The place is beautiful, quiet, good air, sorrounded by nature.. just what I needed. The work can be tough, and quite long, but in the end it feels really good and the team is great to work with and share time together. Everybody was always happy to help and excited to share their culture and their knowledge on the job to do, I liked it, it's the right place to learn tons of things about organic, agriculture, and the use of the plants! Also almost everything that is consumed comes directly from the farm, they take care of all. Thankyou

I had a very nice experience at the organic farm. The atmosphere between the volunteers and employees was great. After work we cooked together and sometimes we had a karaoke party. It was sometimes hard work and always getting up early, but if you were tired you could rest whenever you asked. Sometimes there was some miscommunication, so it was not always clear when I had a day off. Besides that I definitely recommend this farm if you want to be surrounded by nature and come into contact with Vietnamese culture. Thank you to all team members and the sweet animals for this experience!!

Amazing experience to get into vietnamese culture. They take care of volunteers so work is very light, and you share all day with farm workers. Can spend time in nature with animals, plants , learn about tea and vietnamese food, language and take a walk. Thanks Van, Knut, Vu and all the team! Totally recomended!

The accommodation is good and the work environment is really great, all crew members are really invested in the farming work and are super friendly. If you are a Muslim you might struggle a bit especially if you are used to praying and don't eat some specific food. Other than it is a good experience.
