It was a great experience. At first, I wasn't entirely sure what was expected of me, since there are no fixed working hours. Work and free time are mixed depending on the situation and you're either comfortable with that, or you just get used to it and then you'll definitely enjoy it. The work involves mainly spending time with the children - 2 boys, you look after the younger one, who is almost 3 years old and very skilled. The place is amazing, food delicious, and much time is spent at the beach, where you can meet many locals. Magda and Pasquale are kind and want you to enjoy your stay.

Truly such an amazing experience!! Pascale and Magdalena are such welcoming, kind people, they have a beautiful house by the beach and makes you feel right at home, the food Magdalena cooks is out of this world!! The work was very chill and most of the time didn't feel like “work” At all, mostly hanging out with the kids and a little bit of cleaning. Most of the day is spent on the beach! Lots of activities like visiting the market, go for a surf, beach volly with the locals. This experience is definitely for those who are flexible as there are no really set hours, great place to slow down

If you are looking for a structured work experience I would look elsewhere, but I can not recommend TSC enough. This was the greatest experience, and I wouldn't change it for anything. I had to adjust to how “chill” everything was but the hosts are both amazing and will not make you uncomfortable. Pasquale is all about fun, but Magda is the true backbone and deserves more credit. I only had the opportunity to stay with Giuliani for most of the experience and we did not have a lot of guests come and go but it was all incredible. Giuliani tends to not listen a lot so be prepared to be patient.

Pasquale and Magda are super nice and interesting people. The food was amazing, I loved single dish I got to try. The house is gorgeous, and the view from the terrace is just breathtaking. Watching the sunset from there or at the beach was pure magic. The job is mostly about spending time with the kids. There's no set schedule, and since they are so sweet, it didn't feel like work at all, more like enjoying the moment with them. They go to the beach a lot and always make sure to include you, which is really cool. They're super welcoming! Magda and Buba totally stole my heart! Thanks, the lodge!

Pasquale and Magda and wonderful and kind people, they welcomed me into their home and made me feel so comfortable. While babysitting the youngest child, I found it very hard to communicate (language barrier) and he bit me three times. The lack of structure in shift times/working hours made me feel like I was "on call" all day from 10am. It is a unique and extremely relaxed experience with a friendly family and beautiful environment but unfortunately it wasn't the one for me.
