The Experience

We are looking for a responsible and attentive volunteer to help maintain a peaceful and quiet environment during the night shift at our premises. Your primary role will be ensuring that noise levels remain low and that guests adhere to our quiet hours policy, allowing everyone to rest and recharge. You'll assist in monitoring common areas and helping with minor tasks to ensure the overall safety and tranquility of the spaces.

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel! All of the staff and other volunteers were super welcoming and friendly. The shifts are very easy, and you have most of the day before your shift starts plus your days off to explore Shkoder and the surrounding area. If you volunteer here, be prepared to socialize with tons of new people and drink way too much free rakia!

Amazing experience at the hostel, from free brekkie, dinner, and raki shots to great people and even better vibes. An amazing place to lock in for a month and just have fun meeting new people and exploring the north of Albania! The work that they are looking for, as well as the work hours, are very reasonable. You'll have plenty of spare time to wander around and explore with many new friends to explore with! 10 outta 10 would recommend to everyone interested

Angjelo and Silver are two of the kindest, most positive and friendly hosts you could ask for. They are committed to the success and growth of the hostel and work so hard! I have really enjoyed my time here and will look back on it fondly! Lots of guests to mix with and a great team of volunteers. The work is straightforward and you have plenty of time to explore and do your own thing! I would recommend this hostel for 3 weeks! :) Make sure you're sociable and get stuck in!
