Minha experiência na pousada foi ótima, o trabalho do voluntariado é super tranquilo, fiquei bem livre pra conhecer a cidade. A Chapada Diamantina é lindaaaaa, e o legal da cidade de lençóis é que tem muito rio de fácil acesso que dá pra ir caminhando, amei conhecer, voltaria sim e recomendo! Gratidão por me acolherem 🙏🏻

Embora eu seja flexível e tenha me adaptado às circunstâncias, existem várias questões neste voluntariado. No perfil constava uma co-anfitriã que não existe — havia apenas o anfitrião. Ele foi respeitoso e respondia às mensagens, mas não ofereceu o que anunciou: não houve café da manhã, passeios, descontos nem socialização. Passei uma semana praticamente sozinha e sem energia (houve corte indevidamente — uma situação que pode acotecer) mas, assim que ele e seus familiares chegaram na pousada, ele resolveu o problema imediatamente. Vejo potencial de melhorias, caso ele se dedique.

O marcos é uma pessoa do bem e super querida. Sempre muito respeitoso e tranquilo. As tarefas são ajudar no preparo do café e limpeza da cozinha e louças, e no turno da tarde, somente fazer check in/out. O quarto é muito confortável, e o café muito farto e generoso. Adorei e pretendo estender. Obrigada Marcos, Juci e Bia. Vocês já moram no meu coração.

Minha segunda experiência como voluntária superou todas as expectativas! O anfitrião soube me acolher com o respeito e a leveza que um voluntariado pede, entendendo que não sou funcionária, mas alguém disposta a colaborar e trocar vivências. Tivemos uma conexão incrível, e o trabalho na pousada foi sensacional. Ele é extremamente gentil e, como guia, tornou minha experiência na Chapada muito mais fácil e completa. O café da manhã é delicioso, e as horas de trabalho foram respeitadas à risca. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
