The Experience

We are a family living on a permaculture farm where we grow and produce most of our own food. We are located in the Noosa hinterland 7 kilometers west of Cooroy on 6 acres. Livestock including pigs, turkeys and chickens provide meat and eggs and extensive gardens supply the vegetables. For those that wish to learn about fermenting such as cheese making and sourdough bread there will be ample opportunities to learn and participate.

Staying with Elizabeth and her family has truly been an incredible experience. The work is more than fair for the incredible food and the wonderful nature environment you have access to. Elizabeth is one of the most educated people I've met on topics such as permaculture and being sustainable on your own land, I know the things I've learned from her will be very useful in my life. I couldn't recommend this experience enough!
