The Experience

The most important job would be to help us for reception work: check ins, check outs, rent scooters, sell buses and tours and so on. On top of that, you would help decorate the hostel, and make it more welcoming to backpackers in general 😊 We have a team of 4 staff and around 6 volunteers, and we're a big family that shares everything, and eat lunch and dinner together 🍜

Lan was an amazing host, she was very helpful and welcoming; the rooms were very nice with big beds and AC, the staff was very kind, and the place was very clean! I loved volunteering here and would definitely recommend it!

The hostel itself is truly amazing, the people, the vibes, the food! It's the perfect place either if you want to relax or meet people and hang out. The job at reception is pretty easy and fun, shift schedules are good and you get a lot of free time to explore the beautiful surroundings or just chill at the hostel. Lan is the coolest person you'll meet, so nice and welcoming, and if you need anything she'll be there to help :)

I enjoyed my time at the hostel. The hostel itself is big and modern, great dorms and comfy beds. I met a great team of volunteers in my time there and it was a nice experience. Lan is a great host, so welcoming and very friendly. She really made an effort to get to know us and I had a great time because of it. I would recommend this hostel for anyone looking to meet new people and to enjoy a more peaceful area of Vietnam

I loved working at the hostel. The bed was comfortable and food was great. Lan was a good boss and the communication with her went well. She was open for changes and listened to problems we had (personally but also in the hostel). She has three jobs so sometimes she was a bit busy but never for long. After a couple of weeks of working there I got more responsibilities and I enjoyed every second of it. The hostel was located in a small street not far from the main road so everything you needed was close by. I really recommend it if you want to meet the hostel but enjoy Vietnamese culture as well!
