The Experience
Esta vaga é para nos ajudar no nosso novo Hostel, localizado no Parque Estadual da Ilha Anchieta. More dentro de uma Unidade de Conservação por 4 semanas. A Ilha Anchieta é a segunda maior do Estado de São Paulo, com 7 praias, trilhas, fauna e flora riquíssimas, e até ruínas de um presídio desativado em 1955. Não existe nenhum voluntariado no mundo igual a este! Estamos procurando alguém que nos ajude na recepção, bar, limpeza e tarefas doméstica

Fui muito bem recebida por todos os funcionarios da reserva, o acolhimento foi desde o primeiro dia, o trabalho foi tranquilo mesmo com a quantidade elevada de horas semanais (pelo menos em baixa detemporada), que é um ponto negativo pois nao sobra tanto tempo pra aproveitar a ilha. A experiencia foi exatamente o que eu estava procurando! A ilha realmente é linda, magica e um lugar de cura. Indico a todos que queiram um tempo em meio a natureza, um tempo de paz e tranquilidade com paisagens maravilhosas.

La experiencia fue maravillosa, nunca pensé que podría vivir algo así. El lugar me dejó sin palabras, la posibilidad de conocer tanto de la cultura, la fauna y la flora local fue muy valiosa para mí. Conocer y encontrarme con tanta gente trabajando para cuidar y conservar la naturaleza, y promover un estilo de vida ecológico y respetuoso con el medio ambiente fue genial. Pero por sobre todo, la calidad de las personas con las que compartí, se lleva gran parte de todo. Agradecida por haber vivido una experiencia inolvidable, volvería mil veces. De corazón ilhado para siempre 🩵

Fiquei um mês na reserva como voluntária e só não fiquei mais tempo por precisar voltar para estudar. O hostel é gerenciado por pessoas maravilhosas, e a parceria deles com o parque estadual foi certeira. Ambos têm uma administração admirável e, mesmo nos momentos maior aperto, fazem com que a ilha continue sendo um paraíso. O lugar em si é de tirar o fôlego. Passei o mês inteiro dizendo o quanto era lindo e poderia falar sobre isso pelo resto da vida. Todos os colegas/amigos, tanto de trabalho quanto os hóspedes, foram incríveis e levarei cada um no coração. Só tenho a agradecer!!!!

Voluntariar na reserva foi uma experiência incrível! Aprendi muito, conheci pessoas incríveis e me encantei com a beleza do lugar. No entanto, tive alguns desafios com a equipe de staff, e acredito que certos pontos podem ser melhorados, principalmente na organização e comunicação. Ainda assim, recomendo essa experiência para quem busca contato com a natureza e novos aprendizados. Foi uma vivência transformadora!
