The Experience

We’re located in the vibrant area of Brighton, just steps from the iconic Pier and Beach, buzzing North Lanes, and plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants. Your role will involve housekeeping tasks, cleaning common areas, bar, reception, breakfast & dinner set up. In your free time, explore the seaside, enjoy local events, or take a quick trip to London.

My stay in the hostel was an incredible first experience! The hostel is perfectly located, just steps away from the sea, and the city itself is absolutely beautiful. My tasks were simple, helping in the kitchen, cleaning, and keeping the common areas tidy, which gave me plenty of time to explore and meet people. The girls on the staff were truly amazing! so kind, welcoming, and always helping me practice my English in the most natural and fun way. I'm really grateful for the time I spent there and for all the wonderful people I met along the way.

I couldn't have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience than my stay at the hostel. The volunteering felt really comfortable, the instructions were clear, and whenever I didn't understand something, they were happy to explain it. The tasks were easygoing and well organized, which made everything even better.The best part of the stay was definitely the amazing staff. Thank you to all the girls, to Omar, and especially to Suzie for being such a wonderful person, she's always kind and truly appreciates the help you give to the hotel. I would absolutely do this volunteer experience again.🫰🏻😁

The housekeeping tasks are demanding but nothing too much. The hostel's location is great, in the heart of colourful the hostel, everything close by and well connected! I absolutely loved my first ever worldpackers experience at the hostel. I had the chance to help at bar and reception which was exactly what I was hoping for!! The workload was more than fair and I had plenty of free time to explore the city and take trips to London or other nearby places. The staff were incredibly lovely and made me feel at home right away. I truly felt heard and supported since the managers really cared about our well-being and were super flexible with scheduling and any requests I had. Thank you so much for everything. I had an amazing time! <3
